      Proje  yürütme ekibi olarak hem proje kapsamında yapılan etkinlikleri incelediğimizde hem de okulumuzda mevcut durumu belirleyen ihtiyaç analizi anketini,ilk hareketlilikten sonra geldiğimiz noktayı belirleyen anketi ve ikinci hareketlilikten sonra almış olduğumuz eğitimleri okulumuz öğretmenlerine aktarım eğitim çalışmalarından ve onların hazırlamış oldukları çalışmaların sonuçlarını belirleyen,ulaşmış olduğumuz mevcut durumu ölçmek üzere üçüncü ve sonuncu anket sonuçları analiz edildiğinde çalışmaların beklenen hedefe ulaştığı  görülmektedir. Bu kapsamda en önemli dönüt olarak anketler karşımıza çıkmaktadır. Yapılan anketlerde görülen sonuçlar projenin başarısını göstermektedir. 

      İlk anket kapsamında  görülen genel sonuç %31 oranında web2.0  araçlarının kullanıldığını gösterirken , hiç kullanmayanların oranı  %51 görülüyor ,aradaki oran(%18) düzenli olmasa da kullanıldığını göstermektedir. İtalya hareketliliği sonrası oluşturulan etkinliklerle gelişmeler ikinci ankette görülüyor.  

     İkinci ankette ise hiç kullanmayanların oranı %42.5 ‘e düştüğü görülüyor , yoğun kullanım oranı % 40 a yaklaşıyor ,aradaki fark(%17,5) ara sıra bu araçlardan yararlanılmaya başladığını vurguluyor. Proje kapsamında ikinci hareketliliğin İrlanda ‘ya yapılması sonucu sürdürülen yaygınlaştırma hareketleri,  olumlu gelişmeler üçüncü anketle iyice netleşmektedir. 

    Son ankette yapılan eğitimler sonucu ve öğretmenlerimizin çalışmalarıyla hiç kullanmayanların oranı %18 e düşmüştür, kalan oranlarda ara sıra kullananlar %24 ve kalan %58’ lik oran kullanımın yoğunlaştığını belirlemiştir. Önümüzdeki dönemlerde bu oranın daha da yükseleceğini öngörmekteyiz. 

    Fakat projenin uygulanırlılığında bazı faktörler bu oranın yükselmesine engel teşkil etmektedir. Bunlar öğrencilerin bu araçlardan yararlanması için internete , tablet ve akıllı telefona ihtiyaç duymalarıdır, bu konularda aileler, çocuklarının ders harici aşırı sosyal medyayı kullandıklarını düşündükleri  için olumlu bakmamaktadırlar, kısıtlanmasını istemektedirler. 

    İnternet ortamının kontrolü bu yaş çocuklarda zor olmaktadır. Diğer bir etkili faktörde öğrencilerin ders müfredatlarının çok yoğun olması ve üniversite sınavlarında olan büyük rekabette projenin sınıf içindeki kullanım oranını kısıtlamasıdır.

    Proje yürütme ekibi olarak bu gibi sıkıntıları ortadan kaldırmak,ders dışı zamanlarda öğrencilerimize kolayca ulaşabilmek ve eğitimin sürekliliği için çalışmalarımızı bir arada toplamaya yönelik bir Edmodo sınıfı oluşturduk.Bu sınıfa katılan her öğretmenimiz hazırlanan çalışmalardan yararlanabilecek,çalışmalarını paylaşabilecek ve eğitimin sürekliliğini sağlayabileceklerdir. 

   Gelecekte digital ortamların daha da gelişmesi beklenmektedir,Sınavlar belki de tamamen digital ortama kayacaktır, şimdiden bu araçlara alışan öğretmenlerimiz ileride sınıf ,ödev ,okul , öğrenci ve veli ile olan ilişkilerde zorlanmayacaklardır.

      Proje irtibat kişisi olarak projenin yürütülmesinde ve yaygınlaştırılmasında  katkıda bulunan tüm proje ekibine teşekkür ederim.

Evaluation Article

As the project management team, when we examine the activities carried out within the scope of the project as well as the needs analysis questionnaire that determines the current situation in our school, the questionnaire that determines the point we came after the first mobility and the trainings we received after the second mobility, the results of the transfer trainings and the studies that they have prepared have been reached. When the third and last survey results are analyzed to measure the situation, it is seen that the studies have reached the expected target. In this context, surveys are the most important feedback. The results of the surveys show the success of the project.

While the overall result of the first survey shows that 31% of web2.0 tools are used, the percentage of those who never use it is 51%, the ratio (18%) shows that it is used even if it is not regular. The events and developments created after the Italian mobility are seen in the second survey.

In the second survey, the rate of those who never use has decreased to 42.5%, the intensive use rate is approaching 40%, and the difference (17.5%) emphasizes that these tools are occasionally used. As a result of the second mobility to Ireland within the scope of the project, dissemination movements and positive developments became clear with the third survey.

As a result of the trainings conducted in the last survey and the work of our teachers, the rate of those who have never used has decreased to 18%. We anticipate that this ratio will increase further in the coming periods.

However, some factors in the implementation of the project hinder this increase. They need internet, tablets and smartphones to benefit from these tools, and parents do not look positive because they think their children use excessive social media outside the classroom and they want to be restricted.

Control of the Internet environment is difficult for children of this age. Another effective factor is that the curriculum of the students is very intense and restricts the use of the project in the classroom in the big competition in the university exams.

As the project management team, we have created an Edmodo class to eliminate such difficulties, to reach our students easily in extracurricular times and to gather our works together for continuity of education. Every teacher participating in this class will be able to benefit from the prepared work, share their work and ensure continuity of education.

Digital media is expected to develop further in the future, The exams will probably be completely digital, and our teachers, who are already used to these tools, will not have any difficulties in their relations with class, homework, school, students and parents.

Karatay Fen Lisesi olarak İngilizce öğretmenimiz Emel YAVUZ rehberliğinde öğrencilerimizle hazırladığımız Solve (Shaping Our Lives with English by Art, Literature and Culture) e-Twinning projemiz aylık çalışmalarını tamamlamıştır. İngilizceyi interaktif bir şekilde dinleme, konuşma, okuma ve yazma unsurlarına bağlı olarak web2 araçlarının entegresiyle öğreniminin kolaylaştırılması hedefleniyor.

KONYA-Karatay Fen Lisesi olarak projemizi Ekim ayından itibaren çeşitli şehir ve ülkelerden okullarla aylık çalışma planına göre tamamlayarak kalite etiketi başvurusunda bulunduk. Proje süresince öğrencilere sorumluluk bilinci, ekip olma gerekliliği gibi konuları göz önünde bulundurarak çalışma yöntemleri hazırlandı. Amacımıza uygun olarak web2 araçları plan içerisine yerleştirildi. Projemizi sonlandırırken web2 aracı olan BookCreator ile proje değerlendirmemizi elektronik kitapçık haline getirilip yayınlandı.

Projemizin elektronik kitapçığı EBA’ da yayınlandı.

Evaluation of our Solve Etwinning Project, Eba News

As Karatay Science High School, our e-twinning project Solve (Shaping Our Lives with Art, Literature and Culture), which we prepared with the guidance of our English teacher Emel YAVUZ, has completed its monthly studies. It is aimed to facilitate learning by integrating web2 tools depending on the elements of listening, speaking, reading and writing in an interactive way.

As KONYA-Karatay Science High School, we have completed our project in accordance with the monthly work plan with schools from various cities and countries since October and applied for quality label. During the project, working methods were prepared by taking into consideration the subjects such as responsibility awareness and the necessity of being a team. In accordance with our aim, web2 tools were placed in the plan. When finalizing our project, our web2 tool, BookCreator, was published as an electronic booklet.

Proje tanıtım ve bilgilendirme toplantımızı 20/06/2019 tarihinde KTO KARATAY ÜNİVERSİTESİNDE gerçekleştirdik. Konferansımıza katılan okul müdürlerine, öğretmenlere, lise öğrencilerine, üniversite öğrencilerine ve tüm davetlilere teşekkür ederiz. Projemizin logo yarışmasında birinci olan öğrencimiz Adem ARSLAN’ a tablet hediye edilmiştir. Konferans sonrası davetlilere logolu kalem, bloknot, bez çanta hediye edilmiştir.

The Conference

We held our project introduction and information meeting on 20/06/2019 at KTO KARATAY UNIVERSITY. We would like to thank the principals, teachers, high school students, university students and all the guests who attended the conference. Our student Adem ARSLAN, who won the first prize in the logo contest of our project, was presented with a tablet. After the conference, guests were presented with a pencil, notepad and cloth bag with logo.

Üçüncü proje yaygınlaştırma seminerimizi Meram Mehmet-Münevver Kurban Anadolu Lisesinde gerçekleştirdik. Proje yürütme ekip arkadaşlarıma sunumlarından dolayı çok teşekkür ederim.
